I ordered two Big Nick Energy candles; one came smashed. It was all cracked.
The glass was all over the place. I texted you people; I sent pictures of what you wanted, of the box, of the candle, of my receipt, and I heard nothing back from you people. I realize that it's Christmas time and it's holiday time, but somebody could've gotten back to me.
I either want my money back or I want a new candle to give away at Christmas. Like I said, your customer service is horrible!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. They sent me my missing items.
I have left multiple voicemails and sent multiple emails. They do not have any live representatives.
When you try to call them, I gotta get it. A candle from them the first time everything was fine. But the second time it was missing. Items and every time I try to get in touch with them to resolve the issue.
Nobody ever gets back in touch with me.
I ami'm at the point that I'm going to return all the items that I have gotten from them, even the past items because I have never opened them yet. And I will never recommend this place to anybody
