I baught 2 of your candles a little while back! Burned both candles down and guess what?

No diamonds in either container! Whats that all about? Theres supposed to be a diamond in every candle!

What are you crooks going to do to make it right? Im waiting for your response!

I ordered two Big Nick Energy candles; one came smashed. It was all cracked.

The glass was all over the place. I texted you people; I sent pictures of what you wanted, of the box, of the candle, of my receipt, and I heard nothing back from you people. I realize that it's Christmas time and it's holiday time, but somebody could've gotten back to me.

I either want my money back or I want a new candle to give away at Christmas. Like I said, your customer service is horrible!

Product tampered with, broken 3 candle bundle and premium box ruined. Possible theft of product when it arrived at my home with no fragile label.

I got my cable started burning it and got to my diamond, and there was no diamond in the candle. This was such a scam and is not worth the money. The candle was decent and smelled amazing, but it's really *** customer service and false advertisement.

I am out of 83 dollars. I didn't receive the products I purchased.

I have left numerous voice mails and never received a phone call back.

Real businesses don't act like this. I want a resolution of getting my money back or the products I ordered for $83.

I have left multiple voicemails and sent multiple emails. They do not have any live representatives.

When you try to call them, I gotta get it. A candle from them the first time everything was fine. But the second time it was missing. Items and every time I try to get in touch with them to resolve the issue.

Nobody ever gets back in touch with me.

I ami'm at the point that I'm going to return all the items that I have gotten from them, even the past items because I have never opened them yet. And I will never recommend this place to anybody

I didn't order. I was looking at these items, put them in a cart to look at them, left your side, and when I did, I came back. I checked my checking account and you took the order out, not once but twice.

I have reached out over 12X and no resolution the company doesn't want to resolve problems that occurred with their products

Wrong address on shipping I saw two days prior that it was wrong corrected it on line twice and submitted correction and still didn't happen so now my gift is late.
